Prior to joining Merchants , Mr. Collins held the Position of President at US Investigations, and AlliedBarton/HRPlus, and has been in the HR services industry for the past 11 years. During this time , he has championed the "Single source provider" solution, the importance of Annual checks on employees, and has spoken to highschool and college groups regarding what employers look for when evaluating prospective employees.
