Merchants Information Solutions Online Privacy Policy

Merchants Information Solutions (Merchants) will not disclose personal information to third parties except as compelled to do so by law, government authority, or as otherwise provided in this policy. Merchants will take appropriate measures to safeguard customer personal information, including using commercially reasonable steps to establish a secure connection with customers' web browser to assure privacy. Customers who utilize this and other Merchants web properties agree to use commercially reasonable means to safeguard any personally identifying information (PII) they may transmit or receive in connection to the use of the site.
Customers will be asked to provide personal information necessary for Merchants to provide the specific services requested. This information may include name, address, telephone numbers, email address and other PII. Merchants gathers only so much PII as is required to satisfy the requested service and uses commercially reasonable measures to safeguard the privacy of the PII data in the service request.
Merchants uses limited PII (such as name, email address, address) to provide scheduled email newsletters, and other similar information.
Merchants web servers use technologies to better understand which sites, or portions thereof, are of greatest interest. These technologies may be used on a number of pages on the websites and allow us to tailor the content that we present to you online and in emails. This privacy policy is subject to change. Should Merchants be required to make significant modifications to the policy, a statement notifying customers that a change has occurred will be posted on the home page for 14 days following the change.
