Tescor Survey:
The Tescor Survey is a scientifically designed integrity survey that identifies four high risk behaviors that adversely impact your business: Theft, Substance Abuse, Hostility, and Faking. Because the Tescor Survey is available through the internet or our compact Tescor Data Recorder, administering the survey is quick and easy.
The survey is recommended for potential new hires and it is administered very early in the hiring process. Within 12-20 minutes, your applicant completes the survey and the results are delivered to you instantly, thereby accelerating the hiring process.
Tescor screening is both validated and non-discriminatory. As a matter of fact, it exceeds federal and state regulatory guidelines. With over 28 years in the business, Tescor’s screening has proven to be "litigation free."

Option 1: Internet
Customers are given a link and password to our web based platform - HR Magnet. No software installations or other special equipment is needed.

The Tescor Data Recorders are re-engineered credit card readers. These portable machines have a very small footprint with a user friendly keypad. Our TDRs require no new phone lines or costly software installations.

- Professional Training
Training is a crucial element in the success of Tescor’s innovative screening services. All new clients are trained and certified before the launch of a program.
- Reporting
We provide Validation Research reports and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) compliance reports on a regular basis as well as on an “as needed” basis for all clients. These reports provide valuable data on passing rates for the various Tescor scales as well as passing rates by protected classes.
- Benchmarking Studies
A key component of American Tescor’s services is our ability to accurately measure the impact Tescor screening has on a host of employment risks including workers’ compensation losses, non-occupational absences, turnover, and unemployment insurance costs. These detailed studies are normally undertaken after a client has been on the Tescor screening program for at least one year. Benchmarking studies are included in our basic service fees.
